Built by leaders.
Meridian is a precision suite of tools for schools, built from the ground up by school leaders with over 25 years of experience. The Progress Trackers are its core — with Corridor now available, and Vantage and Threshold on the way.
Most school data platforms are designed by developers who consult educators. Meridian was designed by educators — school leaders who have sat in the same meetings, written the same reports, and needed the same answers quickly, clearly, and without wrestling with a system built for someone else's school.
The expertise came first. The question was not 'what can we build?' — but 'what do we actually need?'
Meridian does not attempt to be a complete school management system. Each tool is a precision instrument for one of the most consequential responsibilities school leaders carry: knowing how your students are doing, where the gaps are, and what your data is asking you to investigate.
The Progress Trackers are the heart of Meridian. Around them sits a growing set of tools — sharing one login, one design and one philosophy — each built to answer a different question about your school. Take the trackers alone, or add the tools that fit.
Attainment and progress from EYFS to Sixth Form — the Whole-School and Early Years trackers. A live, longitudinal record of how every child is doing. Everything else in the suite builds on this.
See the packages →Learning walks, formal observations, book scrutinies and pupil voice — all mapped to the Teachers’ Standards, with photo evidence, agreed next steps and coverage across every teacher.
See what it does →Your whole school in one view. Vantage pulls attainment, progress, teaching, attendance, behaviour, roll and admissions together — for one phase or the whole school — from every Meridian tool.
Register interest →Every family from first enquiry to enrolment — tours, offers, leavers, capacity and the reasons behind both — with the conversion insight to protect your roll.
Register interest →Meridian tracks every student across their entire school journey — from their first assessment in EYFS to their final result in Year 13.
As students move through year groups and phases, their data travels with them. Historical performance, progress trends, and attainment patterns remain accessible throughout — giving teachers and leaders a genuinely longitudinal view of every child in the school.
Meridian is not trying to serve every school in the same way. It is trying to serve your school in precisely the right way.
Meridian was born from a simple frustration: the tools available to school leaders were either too generic to be genuinely useful, or so complex they needed a dedicated administrator to operate.
— The thinking behind MeridianMeridian is configured to each school individually. We would welcome the opportunity to understand your structures, your systems and your needs — and show you precisely how Meridian can serve them.
